Personally I like the faces, LazyMonk's plugin made them look too generic.
Tesser looked like an average Golden Saint,
Tesh looked more like a Nord,etc.
Though I must admit Ma'meria's head does look a little small at times

GAH! I'm reminded just how fugly the faces are without Lazymonk's NPC faces.
Still, I can't wait for the next release.
