also, you have to remember that the show's writing isn't normally done by the cast, so you can't expect it to have the same amazing dialogue as the show. They probably inserted more of what they personally think is funny in this; which is still okay, just not as great as the show.

I'm not quite sure if this is ripped vocals or re-recorded for the sake of this. Definitely a lot of repeated lines. Probably a bit of both. Some of it definitely didn't make it onto Scrubs if nothing else.
