I have added a video response of Martin Carthy's vintage version of Lord Franklin to this great new version. This song and the tragic story behind it has touched many hearts over the years.
I also love the beautiful 'If I Prove False' (John Smith & Cara Dillon at the Redcastle sessions). A really strong and sensitive performance from both.

man I went to school at ETSU with Josh and we were in the same fraternity, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. He's a great guy and an extremely tallented musician. I'm glad I know him.

Ha, I for a minute was thinking that "Lord Franklin" was a Knight in Strings! Great tune "John Smith!" Nice accompanists.
