@78markrussell Its a awesome trail center mate. My preference is the red route, Spooky Woods and a muck about in the freeride park is an essential. You will not regret it. Have a good one!
@TRAILSandDIRT98 For Glentress usually my hardtail GT Aggressor but I mostly do downhill at Fort Bill and Inners and I have a Trek Session 88 for that.
Hello, Just wondering if you know of any bikes you would recommend for a amiture rider? I used to ride alot but my old bike was useless as it kept on damaging it's self, Oh and not to dear!
@ThEtEcHnOsAm Hi mate, I'm mostly into Downhill biking so don't really know about that mate. However, any hardtail bike with front suspension of around 3 - 4 inches should cope with Glentress. Your best bet would be to join a forum like Trail Scotland and ask on there. Sorry!
Hopefully you will receive this as meant, when going round corners it helps if you have your outer foot forward. It naturally angles your body into the corner better so you can actually commit more and ride it out faster. Watch your feet on the 1st super g hairpin, right foot forward and the corner is not natural. If you had left foot forward you would find a lot easier.
@downtimehunter1 Cheers mate, always looking for tips on how to ride faster, especially on the corners which I find a nightmare sometimes. haha! Its cool, I know what you mean! Thanks!
@DecimusMxms Its an XC2 as far as I can remember. Had it a few years now and only use it for XC and fitness as I mostly do downhill. I found it great fun at Glentress and more than enough for there given its pretty smooth in my opinion.
@kirstin181101 nice vid mate and what i do to get a good angle with chest mount is use 2 small Extension bits good angle coz you get most of the trail in it =D
This vid have got me right back in da mood for the red rote :-)
