I believe the reason is simple. Black people do not see why waiters should be tipped for doing your job well and they do not receive additional money for doing adequate or exceptional work where they are employed. It has a lot to do with the income of the black person as well. I tip very well just to fight the stereotype.

Well the black people who i serve tip. they might not tip very well but they tip. The ones who do not tip Are Indians. Now those people do not tip for anything. I hate serving them!

Because of all these comments about blacks not tipping; I think that's what I will start doing. Being this so called "cockroach" No more tips ever! Bout to save some money now. I give my pizza man who delivers in walking distance $3. I asked whites on my job they said $1 or $2 if it's snowing.

Niggers never tip even HALF of the 20% standard rate. We waiters all call them COCKROACHES, like they are. Pavement Apes, nothing more...NIGGERS ARE WORTHLESS PIECES OF SHIT. Never go back to the restaurant; the waiters remember you by your skin color. They pay more for their support staff than NIGGERS tip. NIGGERS cost the waiters money every time. They are less than ZERO.

Never go back if you tipped less than 20%, nigger. In that case, you get what you deserve...

I am a server, and outside of wrk, i am not a racist, but at wrk, hell yes I am. I hate black people, I hate mexicans, I hate samoans, I hate red-neck marines. I'm done working hard for them, being put through hell with a smile on my face, only to get a 5% tip, or stiffed. Not all the time, but 90% of the time this happens! At work, the second I see any of these type of people sat in my section, unless they are kind, I go out of my way to give them shitty service, and make them my LAST PRIORITY

@bigbenstarrzz78 I agree fully. My Girlfriend is a Manager and also waits tables on the side at 2 different establishments. (outbck+Olv Gdn). BOTH places.....people fight over who has to wait on the Nigs. They also think they should be treated like royalty when eating out, asking for "More free bread" and extra salad dressing on the side, and extra sweet tea.....they are disgusting in my opinion. They dont tip because they cant do the math!! 20% at least you dumb apes!

why do you care so much? because you sat thru film school and got a chip on your shoulder cause nobody hires you andd you say "i could do a better job then that." But what most film school kids forget is that content will ALWAYS take president over production. You can make something look super pro but if the content sucks it'll be forgotten about in 2 seconds.

It's something you're taught in school. I tend to notice things like that. And I don't have a chip on my shoulder, I'm not qualified enough to get a job in this field yet. I will make sure that content and production are even.

It's just a friendly critique. They would give me the same criticism if I did the same thing.
