Gangs and gang supporters are the prime source of drugs,gun use,theft etc. The people of the city must rise up and remove gangs,and the conditions that support criminal gangs, not participate in gangs and on the other hand the Police must understand the diff between criminal gangs and kids just hangin out.
The innocent are damaged by Gang members,pimps,drug dealers,etc.(Not Police) It is the actions of these criminals that causes the effect. This is a great video and I hope that it will help those that decide to loiter as the video depicts, will learn not to do so. It isn't unconstitutional at all. Why don't you film a video at night, in a high crime area, where numerous reports of homicides, shootings, and gang related activities have occurred.
