All these REQUIREMENTS are the result of the feminine mind at work in our system: The feminine mind compulsively seeks security....rules, codes, safety as a behavior with no concern for logic, reason, prudent, or basic freedom issues. Both men and women have feminine mind parts. Sadly the feminine is dominating our culture, being galvanized (not aluminum) into a million laws which prevent free flow of EVERYTHING. A permit to build a deck?? What a joke. And they are going to tell you after 20ft you need and eletric outlet. You need lights on your steps so you don't trip and fall. Wow,and the people of N.C. voted these jokers into office? Nothing better for government to do in N.C. except play porch police?
