If Alex actually swithed to pot from whatever he is taking these days that is making him litteraly believe in his imagination, he might actually be someone you might listen to about decrimminalizing pot. Yes the science is clear that pot is not harmful, but since when does Alex Jones believe in science? When it doesn't support his agenda he chooses not to believe in it (re. climate change), when it does fit his agenda he chooses to believe in it (re. cannabis).
