  • @mslaerik you have no idea what you're speaking about. Yoko did everything she could to slime her way into the publics eye & she used John & the Beatles as her vehicle. She knew that John had mother issues and brainwashed him at a time when he was most vulnerable. I don't only blame her for breaking up the group, but she certainly caused alot of the stress and slowly took control of John's entire persona. I never wished for any woman to be abused physically, except for her during that time.

  • I don't get why people keep hating on Yoko. If it weren't for her, most Beatles songs John made after 1966 wouldn't even exist. Even Hey Jude made by Paul wouldn't exist. So much hit songs they made wouldn't exist.

  • @TheBeatlesPkmnFaan42 Where did you get all that? Real Beatles Fans have a right to hate her. She is a no talent moron.

  • @MrB17FlyingFortress It's only the truth. Deal with it.

  • A motor-mouth who never ever ever ever ever stopped talking crap, nowadays we have Russell Brand.....ha ha ha

  • John loved her and if you love John, show his wife some respect.

  • Yeah,Yoko,Why won't you shut (THE YUCK)up?

  • WEll...At the very least,we have Revultion 1,take 20 elsewhere on Youtube.WITHOUT we know who's free stream of conciousness ramblings.

  • i have respect to yoko ono

she is an artist she is great provider for john at that time she is classic woman.

  • @chris48able yoko is an old whore.

  • Get off Yoko, for God's sake. Her loss is our loss. She became an integral part of John Lennon, and John was an integral part of the Beatles. An interloper? Yes, but she was a significant part of John. Move forward and get over it.

  • yoko detruct the biggest band in the world

  • @poussyledzep I think you give her too much credit!..they were all looking to break free..don't blame them,,,amidst all the fame and money,,,it must have been a unbearable pain in the ass!

  • If you guys don't like Yoko, why do you even watch these things??

  • @PixieDust1996 Because we're trying to hear The Beatles behind her obnoxious voice.

  • Having said the below and To be fair in all of this in the end they created a family together and he loved her deeply-look at the Dear Yoko video him video floating around filmed months before his date-very loving- Some of her music has some terrific high points- Walking On Thin Ice is ana amazing song and the Yoko Double Fantasy Tracks I like as well...

  • IMO, John purposely put her in a tough position by brininging her into those sessions and proclaiming that as I have a right arm there is Yoko- drug induced paranoia and an overt desire to take back control of the band he created from McCartney were his motivations. There is no doubt Lennon loved her but where she is at fault is not trying to chill it out- any sane person would have tried to charm the other three, step back and reason with the needy husband. She stoked the tensions needlessly.

  • @slappyabromowitz in other words,,,,,she was a woman...not really the blame for the breakup,,,,,but on the other hand,,,she was no help..

  • WHAT THE FUCK IS SHE TALKING ABOUT?

  • This recording makes me relize that Revolution is a bluesy song, but you can't tell that because of the fuzzbox, well, at least I can't.

  • yoko ono is a beautiful person,i love her avant-garde work with the beatles, john, and herself as a solo artist.yoko is keeping john lennon's dream alive.people should thank her for that.

  • Why would you go to the studio if you become so fucking bored you would bring a tape recorder and ramble on like this unless its more of a I'm keeping an eye on john to keep other women away and boy do i know how that is it took me 12 years to kick her straight to the curb there really is a god !!!!!!

  • Yeah how horrible it was that she gave John hope & love. What a rotten thing to do.

  • Although we all "Love " John Lennon

and support him in every way, I only know of one very bad choice he made in his entire career.

What could he possible have been thinking ? I don't hate her nor have I ever said anything bad about her

but she is an annoying pain in the ass.

    New York City

  • ♪ Hatred and jealousy, gonna be the death of me/I guess I knew it right from the start

Sing out about love and peace,Don't wanna see the red raw meat/The green eyed goddamn straight from your heart ♫

  • Fuck You Yoko Ono,you Psycho BITCH! What John "saw" in you i'll never know.

  • John saw love. Isn't that horrible?

  • I hate her. I just hate her.

  • @msradx yeah hate. that's what the Beatles and their fans are all about.

  • I never hate people. There's only 2 people I've ever hated in my whole life and one of those is Yoko.

    Forgive me.

But she sure didn't practice what she preached. Whispering nasty comments in Paul's ear. auctioning off items that belonged to Julian, selling John's bloodstained clothes to weird fans, having an affair when she was with John, setting him up with another woman and then whisking him back as soon as he was getting close again to Julain and Paul.

  • Are you sure that John actually wanted to get back together with the guy who was buying up shares of Northern Songs behind his back, ruining the agreement they had?John's bloodstained clothes were not sold, they were actually included in the R&R Hall of Fame exhibit.John treated Julian like crap.Where did you get this info? What nasty comments? You would hate someone on hearsay about people who's music you like but don't know @all.They said it themselves the Beatles were 4 of the biggest bastards.

  • and I am a MAJOR Beatles fan. Was John as pliable as you suggest? Not able to think for himself? Terribly weak? Or maybe he was in love with one person he felt could understand him best on this planet? Yoko cheated on John, but all 4 of them cheated on their wives and girlfriends constantly while touring, it's amazing there aren't any Beatle bastards. So vilify Yoko for crap that they all did.

  • I am not just a fan of their music, I know A LOT about the Beatles.

I'm allowed to hate Yoko for the things she did. Putting out John's bloodstained things was sick I think. When so many fans loved him. His son had to look at it and his friends. She stalked him before she got him. She critisised their playing, introduced John to heroin, blocked calls and telegrams from Paul, auctioned off John and Julians belongings, cut people out.

It was John who said they were bastards. They COULD be.

  • Yeah Yoko turned John onto heroin. I'm sure his dope shooting friends like Eric & Keith etc didn't have anything to do with that. I guess John was just a weak man who would do whatever anyone wanted. Yeah let's hate the one person who gave him hope and love. That's what John would have wanted after all. I mean she only saw her husband brutally murdered in front of her. What a mean, horrible woman.

  • John loved and prayed for the human race. Please pray the same for him. Love, Yoko and Sean.

  • You might want to check out the Lennon exhibition in NYC if you can. That is where John's bloodstained clothes are. Of course bloodstained clothes are a horrible reminder of how those clothes became bloodstained in the first place. That is the sick thing, how he was brutally murdered by a fan.

  • And those bloodstained clothes are unseen in a NYPD evidence bag.

  • @johnozed some fan!!!

  • @pakee64 Quite.

  • got whole bootleg full of yoko talking shit on songs :D

  • I love Yoko.

  • Why is Yoko talking throughout the whole fucking song? The greatest band in music history is playing an amazing song behind her and she is just rambling on about a load of old shit? Nobody cares, Yoko, just respect their beautiful work and shut up

  • It was her own personal diary tape. Without her doing this, we wouldn't have this at all. Get a life, people.

  • 5:19, lol yokos just talkin and then johns just screaming like nuts in teh back round lol, that my john :) lol

  • Is this the bit with Yoko nattering on about her being a promiscuous and cumming in her hand as opposed to cumming in her? I have heard this before. I was looking for the new mix.

  • She's obviously not talking while the Beatles are recording. That would never be allowed by any engineer or producer. She has recorded her speech with a tape of the Beatles playing in the background.

  • Sounds like it's a playback of a take that's in the background.

  • For all her faults, when Yoko turned on a tape recorder that day, she accidently recorded a Beatles session that we otherwise would not have access to.

  • yoko por que no te callas?........ carajo¡¡¡

  • OMG is she talking all the fucking song?

  • Yoko,

You might not be able to possibly understand this, but hear me. The greatest band in the history of recorded music is performing behind you. I would much rather hear them than hear you. Please, for the love of anything that you might value, shut up.

    -Adam

  • therein lies the irony?

Beatles music is playing somewhere, always, and we spend our lives talking thru it.

What must it be like to have heard this song, created, rehearsed, rehashed, played, and replayed so many times that it is merely background noise?

  • to all yoko haters you're just jelious you werent loved by and married to Lennon !

  • dont think so. retarded comment.

  • @mslaerik Sometimes I like her as a person, sometimes I don't, but I HATE HER MUSIC, I have very little against her as a person, BUT HER MUSIC ANNOYS ME.

  • Just another deranged fan.

  • OMG n____________n

  • Qué hacía ella ahi?

Después quieren que no la odiemos tanto...que nos dé motivos entonces!

O al menos que se calle...

  • Is this take the new Revolution 1 (take 20)???

  • its out there without yoko talking, gatta look around.

  • and here's a clue for you all

    drop...vids

  • The MP3 of the clean Take 20 (without Yoko) went online today... hint hint. :-P

  • And EMI just demanded it be pulled down...

  • The Yoko-less version of this take, in high quality, is NOW AVAILABLE on the "Revolution Take Your Knickers Off" bootleg!!!!

  • Wow! From from 5:10 to 7:15 we can hear many of John's screams that were sampled on "Revolution 9".

    Thank you for posting this!

Oh, by the way: I think that a mono mix of the full "Revolution 1", with the entire six minute-long Chopinesque coda, is very soon to be released on a CD titled "Revolution Take...Your Knickers Off!" This coda, of course, is the source of the piano part that begins and reasserts itself throughout "Revolution 9".

  • Nope - the full mono mix is the long "ALL RIGHT!" jam heard under the Yoko tape.

  • why won't yoko shut up?

  • lol thats her contribution to the song,

  • This was her audio diary... while she recorded it, the Beatles were playing back "Revolution 1" in the background.

  • how do you know this stuff?

  • I've spent quite a chunk of my life digging through White Album bootlegs. Believe me... the new one with the Yoko-less 11 minute take has me DROOLING. :-P

  • HEY ! ( LOL )

    IT'S MARTHA !

All kiddin' aside... NICE WORK and THANK YOU for this rare audio clip.
