@nranify Than you didn't do it right. Make sure you:

1.) Configured your USB Flash Drive.

2.) Moved your profile completely and backed out of the flash drive menu before removing it from the Xbox.

3.) Plug in the USB Flash Drive on the computer and remove it by safely removing not just taking it out.
