Dubai is a continually evolving city, multi-cultural and disserving into new areas away from oil.

Dubai had heavily re-invested money made from selling of Land into international companies. Hence the recent worries that it may pull out of these investments.

The credit recession has been controlled in established countries by the printing of money, seeing as Dubai is a dollar economy it cant just create cash.

The world is not out of the woods yet, 2012 will be an interesting year
