di notion to ask 1st wprld nations 4 assistance, is how the caricom nations are in the debt they are in now, wat yuh dnt realize, di de valutaiton of di currency, military bases, etc are all trades off for the basic-limited-and strict guidline asstance given by di imf!!!!!...dat is why di food is imported, casue der is no assistance for di farmers, dis video is a fruad!!!
