When I first heard this I didn't know that was Stevie until my mom told me:D I even thought at first he sounded like MJ. I didn't know Stevie could sing this good. He has a powerful voice. I only know him from Superstitious and a few movie songs. Mom told me back in the day when she was little they would play his entire album or record. This is one of my favorite duets ever!!

They were both blessed with the gift of a unique vocal instrument, with great range, tone, pitch and phrasing. However there is a reason that Stevie is the most influential rhythm and blues vocalist of his generation. His voice is the standard that is often imitated. Most of the serious vocalists that came after him regard him as the standard they aspire to.

@sanydreik During the "Bad" tour stop in Sydney, Australia, on November 20, 1987 Stevie Wonder made a surprise appearance on stage. Michael and Stevie performed "Just Good Friends" live as a special treat for the lucky fans.

The best album in the world IS BAD.............i want to burried with it...........'Looks can fool you baby' love that bit............seriously i always thought it sounded like Stevie Wonder when i listened to this song..........but after research on the net..........i learned it really was him singing this with Michael Hee Hee YEAH! i doesent say on the album ...........only in the small print that is spotted later.........

When I first heard this I didn't know that was Stevie until my mom told me:D I even thought at first he sounded like MJ. I didn't know Stevie could sing this good. He has a powerful voice. I only know him from Superstitious and a few movie songs. Mom told me back in the day when she was little they would play his entire album or record. This is one of my favorite duets ever!!

@scottmberst "mj is just far superior in singing ability" I'd have to say that whilst I respect your opinion, I don't agree. They were both blessed with the gift of a unique vocal instrument, with great range, tone, pitch and phrasing. However there is a reason that Stevie is the most influential rhythm and blues vocalist of his generation. His voice is the standard that is often imitated. Most of the serious vocalists that came after him regard him as the standard they aspire to.

@bolder2009 stevie is the man too, i really enjoy his music, i just think in this specific song, i dont like his work, know what i mean, i know you dont agree but thats just what i think. but i do LOVE the other song they worked on together "get it" stevie shows off his ability a lot more in that song

@bolder2009 How can ANYONE make such a ridiculous comment? That's like making a comparison between Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. 2 OUTSTANDING basketball players... there's no comparison or end result with one being better than the other. I think if you asked MJ if he was in the same category as Stevie.. he would hang his head and say no.. and probably the reverse is true. Both of them were outstanding and TOTALLY necessary in the development of popular music. End of discussion.

@megavega4 No what's RIDICULOUS is the comment left below that "mj is just far superior in singing ability". They both have a deep legacy of vocal excellence. Some fans have a superiority complex about MJ in relation to other artist of equal standing. Its more reasonable to acknowledge the superiority of both artists. MJ is equally as influential as a singer. Its not a competition. Peace!

I love these legends they both inspire me soo much tbh i just started listening to them recently Michael Jackson since he passed i never realised what a legend we had till we lost him i wish i had known of him so i could see him but when i was little i saw a MJ tribute, and Stevie i think he's fab hope he doesnt pass yet or any time soon :)
