Halo 2 was, in my opinion, the best multiplayer experience of the decade. I loved 3 as well, but 2 was by far more revolutionary in terms of multiplayer. I miss those days /: Hopefully Halo 4 will bring the franchise back to its roots, none of that armor ability crap.

I'm glad super mario galaxy is on this list, it always had something new to show you from beginning to end always fresh never stale, it could have been an easy game or a hard game whatever you wanted depending on how many stars you wanted to unlock, and it was basically everything a mario game should by leaving you with a sense of wonder and above all being downright fun to play

It received over 30 perfect scores, over 200 GOTY awards and so on. Sorry but Halo does not belong on this list.

Half-Life 2 was good for it's time, but doesn't hold up in any way now. Even in 2004, it was kinda crappy and was a disappointment to the first. Grand Theft Auto III is something that can be argued with forever, since the follow-ups were considerably improved in every way.
