Before 1952, indigenous people were not allowed to walk around or through the Murillo Plaza, it was forbidden and they were not allowed to vote. They were born in this land since the times of the Tiahuanacu civilization 17,000 yrs ago. This is what the Media luna lunatics dont understand..this land belongs to the quechuas and aymara indians. Those white people who came from Europe are lucky they were accepted to live in Bolivia.
