@areyoutim yeah make sure your nuckles are on something nice and soft. plus try to do it slower then the speed i did in this video, makes for a better PUMP lol.

and you dont put ur hands waaay out to the sides that just pull ur muscles and put you in pain the more closer yuo have ur hands the better it will work but you fail nerd..
give your self a mintue rest through each set. only do max 10-12 reps a set. if using heavy weights try for 6-10 reps. always strech for like a minute or 2 before each muscle group workout.... weight 3-4 days before you work out the same muscle group
I really feel like it tares the muscle much faster this way. It burns and hurts like hell on your muscles, it doesn't hurt your joints. Since it is low resistance, maybe like 10% of your body weight, you can't really strain yourself. I personally did that for around 5 minutes, hurt every second. I can't really describe it better. Also, I personally find the best way for a chest exercise is, 10 Incline, 10 declined, and 10 normals. Do it 5x and your chest and arms feel as tight as a drum.

Mmm well... I personally use a 20 pound weighted vest while working out. I weigh maybe 130 pounds right now and I believe I can lift 150-160. I have a bench, I just don't use it lol. I was actually at the store today and found out I can curl 35 pounds. Big achievement for me... Anyway, I am off subject now. I always do as many as I can until I fail. Then, I just let my legs rest on the ground and get close to halfway up with just my arms and upper torso. It hurts so much to do that. also...

yeah so far ive been lifting weights for 7months
nah man i wish i can do 100 in one but my max is 45 in a row.i do them in sets.and yeah i do cardio i jump rope for 20mins.
