Colleges would much rather prefer an AP course than a honors course due to the augmented rigor and course load. Plus if you get a good score on your AP test than thats one less course you have to take during college.

i dont think you understand. calculus honors is a CSUF course. you have to fill out an application and be accepted into CSUF before taking the class. why wouldnt they want a junior that has taken a course at CSUF

USC is not a UC. USC is a private school and it is outrageously expensive, and it is worse than the top ranking UCs. Why would I need to be in trig/math analysis to understand? Trig is easier than geometry and algebra 2....

USC is not the leading school for denied applications.... Getting accepted or denied shows how hard/easy it is to get in the school. The school with the most applicants is the one that everyone wants to go to. I'm pretty sure UCLA is the most applied school in the nation. Calvin Lin said trig was easier than Algebra 2.

yeah, honors calculus is a COLLEGE COURSE. meaning you get COLLEGE CREDIT that you can transfer to whatever college you go to. its harder than AP, and its twice as fast. AP is only 1 semester of work, honors is a full year.
