@cambojambo10 The fat guy is Skatemaster Tate. He was a big figure in skating in the 80s. A good guy, did a lot of good stuff for skating, organized events and contests and stuff. He hosted the TV show Sk8 TV which this segment was taken from. He also had a band and make "skate" music.
My 1990 skate TV interview with Skate Master Tate, except they just let my skating do all the talking:) I sure miss that old San Jose sk8 wherehouse, that place was da bomb!
