she's obviously not gonna hit ignore because throwing it into the pool is letting the audience know she absolutely doesn't wanna talk to him. She barely even hesitated. That's how hurt and embarrassed she was by Chuck's decision to not run away with her. It's almost as if she's thinking 'throw my phone into the pool and now i no longer have to receive his phone calls or see his picture or hear his voice' at that point of the episode she was done with him. Very sad. But all is well now!
