I feel sorry for the person on here who has resorted to name calling and judging cleanliness. Wonder if that person might work somewhere where they tend to rig rather than fix probs. Or quickly patch over leaks and old plumbing???? Black mold is a carcinogen and is very possibly in his/her atmosphere also. Mold is as old as the Bible and is part of this fallen world. I can't wait to get to heaven :)
Yep, thing is mold spores are ubiquitous (that is-everywhere) so even when you can't see it growing in a colony we are effected...just a gazillion fold when we CAN see it...most of us are surrounded by it in at least one of our regular environments.
You do not know about mold, mold can be found in multi million dollar homes, in fact I have found mold in homes with 2 full time housekeepers. Mold knows know income class. It is found in large commercial buildings. Mold is active in our environment and I am seeing it more and more in homes around $350,000 on up because they build them very tight they can't breathe. Sipping on semen has clouded your judgment.
Chemically treating mold does not work. That was her first mistake.
How do they know the black mold was staccybotrys without taking a tape sample? Staccy does not always produce mycotoxins, only under certain conditions.
However, it does appear she had a significant problem and she is very lucky it was paid at all, let alone within a month.
Overall, the problem seems valid but the scientific facts in this report are dangerously broad.
Yes I have your videos, pennacillium and cladiosporium can be much more toxic than staccybotrys. But black mold is black and is highly visible and loves to sit on drywall. In fact all molds can be toxic because they produce mycotoxins. This guy truefilm has good videos, check them out at truefilm dot come.
the black around the rofing nails is just staining. Not mold. HOWEVER, what was behind the wall probably was. Good thing ya found it. Was it tested?
