That's not true, I've responded to each and every email I've ever received. I've received quite a few so it takes some time. As for the mailing list just like any other you can choose to unsubscribe and as well just to note, in our history we've sent out less than 20 different emails in total. Hardly spamming by comparison to others.

I'm constantly trying to learn more as well and go deeper since every case is individualized it can be a difficult task to find a one cure all. I do my best to try and provide all the possible options and necessities one should take in order to get better.
