I Think Kevin O'Leary was considering the P/E (Price/Earnings) Ratio for Nike which given that the share price is subject to fluctuations could have been around 10 at the time this was recorded, although it is now at around 20, which decreases the likelihood of that assumption being correct at least a little bit. If the guy was asking for a 100 grand in exchange for 20% equity, then he valued his company at 500 grand, given that he only had 50 grand in revenue, the Ratio was 10.
