  • hello,WOW!!!BOY!! i learn something new today WOW ireally love it. thank you

  • Oh, also about cleaning your wood mount stamps... I use an old damp towel on a tray. If I need to really clean out stubborn areas, I take the stamp to my sink and use an old toothbrush with a little soap and water, rinse off, pat dry with a paper towel and let completely dry on the counter for a few hours. It does not hurt the wood mount. Hope that helps ;-)

  • Hi Jeffnval, in the tutorials, I used Adirondack dye inks. You can try using Memento dye inks with good results. Other dye based inks may fade within an hour of use and colors may not be as vibrant. Go ahead and give it a try with what you have on hand though. Yes I used glossy "Kromekote" paper. Photopaper will not work for this technique.

  • Hi Maria,

I just found your videos and OMGosh!!! I have a few questions...

First, Will any dye ink work?

Secondly, Is "glossy Paper" the "secret" to your Vivid and amazing results.

Finally, I was interested in how you mentioned you cleaned your stamps. I have a difficult time with this. I am not fond of the "fuzzy" stamp cleaner pads and wipes don't cut it and it they are acrylic I can wash then in the sink but with my wood mounts I and just stuck.
