  • wow, I try this exercise everyday since a month. At the beginning I could stand only for 5 mins before the pain showed up. Now I can resist up to 15 mins but it's really painful at the end :°°° I hope to manage a better relaxation of my shoulders soon...

    Then you all will understand everithing about all the train's basics.
