wow, I try this exercise everyday since a month. At the beginning I could stand only for 5 mins before the pain showed up. Now I can resist up to 15 mins but it's really painful at the end :°°° I hope to manage a better relaxation of my shoulders soon...

@AtropoTronchesi Well, you have to buy Lam Kan Chuen 's book, because there are lots of informations in his books, but not in wideos.
Then you all will understand everithing about all the train's basics.
