I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. In commercials or programs that feature children laughing or playing around, quite often you hear a soundclip that is used during commercials. Ad neausem. There's also a clip that's been used numerous times in similar case scenarios where you hear a kid go "yahoo!" followed by other shouts of excitement. There's nothing really WRONG with it really, it's just a lack of creativity on their behalf.
