@NeutralDrow DMC2 was totally crap plot-wise and gameplay-wise. AH2 per se isn't bad, but the PS2 port was just plain bad. It killed the hope many western players had to play it

@wadauo I'd argue that DMC2's plot and gameplay were firmly average all told (which is still much lower then the "sex in action game format" DMC1/3/4), mainly ruined by horrific voice acting and lack of canceling/over-reliance on guns, respectively, but yeah.

Okay, I was pretty confused on AH2. I played it in the arcade and found it absolutely incredible, but I think I've heard the complaint about the port before. It just seemed like an oddly blanket statement...

Well, AH2 was absolutely perfect. Then when it was time for the company who made the game; Examu, they fucked up and made the crappiest PS2 port you will ever see.
