@TH3aznEmperor I, too, would like to know what song that is at the beginning. It is a familiar tune and now it's bothering me that I don't know what it is, lol.
Very unique folder! I don't go in for fluting on blades myself but Brian's job on that is absolutely stellar.love the filework on the handle too. Is the pattern on the handle CNC machined or did he do that by hand?
WELL DONE SIR. That was a great video, and a great representation of a beautiful custom product. Very rarely do you see this type of quality oration in video reviews.
Also I may get one of these, Identical but a slightly more polished blade, and a slightly glossier cf. probably wont, will take me a while to scrape together the money.
Heya, Man! I actually have no idea who made it... I picked it up in a shop here in NYC's diamond district... just saw it, and liked it. Sorry can't help ya more.
Dave, very cool knife! I've been a fan of Brian's work for quite a while as well, though I havent been fortunate enough to own any of his work. Another excellent video, I really enjoy them from you. Question for you, in many of your video's you've got a cigar and a drink, if you don't mind my asking, what are you usually drinking? bourbon? scotch?
I hear ya, Man! I was a fan for a long time too before I was able to get the one I wanted... worth the wait ;)
Hmm... I don't indulge in a drink too often, but most of the time it'll be a bourbon. Every now and then a scotch... Depends on the mood, ya know? Your preference?
That is some serious eye candy right there!! I checked out his site, his prices are beyond reasonable for that level of craftsmanship and detail! Congrats!!
Wow! Beautiful Blade! It's amazing how light the knife is for it's size. Just a wicked looking blade design. You are a very lucky man. Great Video, Dave!
BTW, The pocket clip is still on the knife, LOL!!!!
Thanks Dave for turning us onto another great knife. To be honest with you, I've never even knew this knife existed. Just awesome how you manage to always review unique and beautiful blades. Great work as always. 5/5
It was in the Blade issue December 2009 on page 36...just stunning! I like your version better to be honest...but the Damasteel versions is nice eye candy for sure!
BTW I know you are on late at night, you need to hit up the shoutbox at the bottom of the main page on the USN if youre not too busy, Im always bored at 1am because everyone else is sleeping =/
Thanks for getting it out there dave, Just took a quick look around his site- and he pretty much does everything you can do to a knife lol. also love his belt buckles. $250 is a lil pricy for one (beltbuckle not knife) but ill still probly get one haha. 5/5 mate.
You hit it right on the head, Man - "Functional Art". It's one thing to make a beautiful knife, it's another thing to make it a useful, well built knife. Agree with you, some of his other pieces are just stunning! Thanks for watching!
I've got a CRKT My Tighe, and its one of my Favs11 It's not even close to his customs but its an awesome design and CRKT really did him justice,it has a Really thick Frame lock on it, I was really surprised actually, its alot thicker than more higher end knife Companies' Frame Locks. Thats so cool you got that JH bro, I'm so excited for you,.Your gonna really dig it.I can't wait for your take/review on it. Did you happen to get it from Daniel on BF??
I hear ya, Man... Sometimes it's hard to justify the prices on some knives out there... but I think the detail and effort Brian puts into his work really make it worth while. I hear ya though.. Thanks for the continued support, Man!
@sebenzalover - Well, that's his style and one of the things that differentiates his videos from the others. And his thoughts and impression of the knife, in relation to the multitude of others he owns, is what he presents to us.

I'll have a scotch very rarely, but every now and then.
I asked because I've actually never had a bourbon, and so I picked up a bottle of Blanton's today to give bourbons a shot. Have any recommendations?
