@Sdgkiller understand the psychology of the moves, the story behind the moves, the techinque, the mic work, the self promotion, timing. shamrock, severn, lesnar, don frye, bob sapp, sakuraba... all were pro wrestlers before they came into mma. the wwe-wcw-japan schedule was too hard for these guys. 250 days on the road with severe injury, is a lot harder than training for one fight. i don't talk about skiing because i know nothing about it. same situation for you and wrestling.

Lately it's been a bit more thrilling as they've mixed it up with (supposedly) real life drama involved in the presentation. I only watch it because I grew up on it and at times am rewarded with a "Ooooooh" moment when someone takes a harsh bumb or a really stiff hit. Too each his own though, if it doesn't appeal to you then it doesn't appeal to you.

While real fights can be exciting as well, not a lot of people want to watch half naked men roll around with brazilian jiu jitsu. Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy MMA and do watch it at least every week, but pro wrestling and other choreographed fights like Martial Arts movies are entertaining as well. Plus Pro Wrestling does involve hard work and extreme dedication, they dont months off like MMA.
