Nice effort, you just need to ignore all those bad comments, these people cant understand that everyone is at a different level of guitar playing, i cant play purple haze completely myself, but i think it would be better maybe a bit cleaner, so you can hear where you are playing wrong and improve that, and also if you dont have a correct tab and really love hendrix, buy a correct tab book. that way you can learn it right and its alot of fun :)

the proper chord is like a C in third fret position with ur thumb on the third fret E string than C in fifth fret position with ur thumb on the fifth fret E string
