OCofthe3 smaller tires mean more acceleration so it would have more torque for a wheelie just saying it would be harder to wheelie with bigger tires

Nice roll cage. Glad to see you went with the header as well. It realy helps on low end dont it? I love my 8.0. I have my old 4.6 still too. Go ahead traxxas try and beat something you cant see long enough LOL

The truck seems pretty strong, I have quite a few gallons through mine and haven't hand any serious problems. The trans is very strong and shouldn't give you any problems. the only things you really need is the aluminum shock tops because the plastic ones can blow off, and the tuned pipe because the stock one is garbage. I run mine at bone height (low CG) and with shorter Big Joe tires (lowers CG even more) and I can still rip wheelies.

Another note, i think ALL of the springs available from AE are too soft for the 8.0. I think the reason for this is because the the trans and engine are so much heavier in the 8.0 than any of the other MGT's. There is extra stiff springs available through a 3rd party...

the truck is now ported and polished. it needs a taller gear.

Nice wheelies. lol, i can't believe you got that of a run on 1 tank, ihave 2 tanks on mine & it bairly seems to make a differance...what a pig on fuel.
