While this is speculation it is reasonable to assume that a 'weaponized cancer inducer' mentioned in this interview would be very potent as a induction of cancer in 30 days is astonishing but not impossible. As for Sv-40 or other oncogenic agents contaminating vaccines and administred to the general public, it would be relatively slow acting not to arose concerns about the medicine to prolong its acceptance as a bona fided preventive medicine.

My sister got a deadly form of breast cancer at age 19, she had a brain tumour 7 years later, she got cancer again 7 years later and passed away with a 2 year old boy left behind.
