RCT3 Preview for Volcano: the Blast Coaster Re-Creation

wow really good ride i was thinking on making a theme park based on the movie dantes peak and having a volcano coaster but i am still trying to learn how to build a basic coaster haven't gotten there yet :(

I'd like to do that kind of inverted coasters with extended coasters track pieces. I read the tutorial at Atari forums, and I can change some of the car types, BUT how did u Change "InverseImpulse" (14 letters) to "Extended" (8 letters) ???? In tutorial it says it has to be SAME LENGHT, OR SHORTER. HOW DID U CHANGE IT WHEN ITS LONGER IN LETTERS????

It was the Extended Coaster that comes with wild, but I used a HEX editor to put the Inverse Impulse coaster cars on the Extended track. Look in the decripton for a tutorial link.

What is a 'HEX' editor? I could recreate the great ride Colossus @ Thorpe Park and use StormRunner Cars. Plus the music is also on L.A. Rush, I could find it out for you one day? ;)

A HEX editor allows you to view and edit .ovl files. With it you can put different coaster cars on different tracks, such as Dive Machine cars on the Extended Coaster, or Stratocoaster cars on the Stormrunner. Just follow the link in the description for a tutorial.

By the way, about the song, is it the full version? I would appretieate it if you can possibly find the name of the song.

on RCT3 do all of the moves that Volcano Blast Coaster does. RCT3 is extremely limited.

I did that hack with a wooden coster but I was still bored. I used a wooden track and replaces the coaster cart with a inverted coaster car.

I got a few guestions . . .

1. How do you come out on top upside down like that?

2. How did you get fire to shoot out of the top of the Valcano?

For the fire, I just put firework launchers around the top of the volcano and made them fire the "Roman Candle" fireworks. For the upside down part, I just built vertical track and put a "Steep Slope Down" piece at the top connected to a "Large Inverted Corkscrew." The Inverse Impulse cars on the Extended track is a HEX edit hack. There should be a link in the description for the tutorial.
