Oh yeah and that line to get back in was a big pain in the ass...basically once you got inside the main room, stay in there because you were gonna wait a hour to get back in. And this is after you've already paid to get in.
Not to sound mean or rude...but,people are only human*and even with the best of intentions of things going smoothley, everyone being in perfekt* health during these showtimes...all of this going like a charm is as we all know almost virtually impossible....good luck next time
um..... i went to it and my dad was one of the staff and clive was sick because of his lungs and dustinmarciniack dont be a douche yourself and also,i was one of the lucky ones because i personally know clive. And sorry for you but dont just say how much it sucked because it was awesome
@garrett10987 Well from the past Horrorhounds con (I have yet to miss an Indy con) I have been to this one was really miss managed. I am glad that it was awesome for you but for the people who stood outside with no idea what was going on, the staff not informing anyone, and not being able to be let in after Clivegate it has a horrible experience.
I heard from one of the Horror host that he was not sick he was just being a douche. But I heard that while standing in line for Romero. This was my first time at horror hound, I think next time I will go on Friday. I also heard Friday is a good night to go to the hotel bar and watch the celebs get drunk. Ari Lehman was playing piano in the bar. Also it seemed small for the amount of people there.
I think attendance was higher than they expected on Saturday. Friday was dead compared to Saturday. We had no problems with crowds or anything Friday.... autograph lines were reasonable and we were easily able to navigate through the rooms. Saturday was pretty crowded but exactly what I expected of the peak day of a convention. All-in-all we had a great time.
I was there during that mess. I don't believe even the people who put horrorhound together expected that crowd. I have never seen it that crowded. I managed to make it in early friday and got several autographs. There was only 10 people in line for Elvira around 6pm on Friday.
I agree. I live here in Indy and I went on Friday and the only line was for romero, and that was probably only 2 hrs long. Horror Hoond needs to move the convention to the downtown Indianapolis Convention Center. Its about 20x bigger and they've hosted 2 star wars conventions w/ no problem.

I think I waited for 2 1/2 hrs in Romero's line (got there before the show started and the line was already out the door). It was worth it though.
