i was 420 lbs 90 bays ago....im 6''4...now 90 days later im 335...i hav lost 85lbs in 90 days...i weight train 6 days a week and do 1hr of runing 7 days a week....i still have alot more to lose but i will do it.....you keep it up too man.
I can't tell you how great it is to see that you are sticking with this! I have watched you since the beginning and really hoped that you would win this battle! I believe that you will.

I have lost 62 pounds so far by doing the South Beach Diet and walking. I still have another 95 pounds to go but I'll get there. We just started a Biggest Loser challenge amongst some friends of mine and I am sure that will help keep me inspired too!
am mainly on a high protein diet, i live in london and i walk around the park twice a day, run up 10 story stairs 13 times...200 jumping jacks,100,leg lifts,300cruches and 100 sets of weight training and i've lost 5 stone in 3 months and gaining a two pack
i just started a major diet and exercise program so come and look at my video, the mustard seed orientation. you look good.
