Staff like that is giving us a very bad reputation and clients like you help us prove that people like this person actually exist. Many of them know it all and steel from the hotel itself. Without this kind of prove it is hardly impossible to sack them or get them convicted.

If you want to work extra hours you can, therefore you get more money. But you should have directly called the 112 to talk with the police (Guardia Civil or Policia Nacional) since you never now if that hotel clerk gets aggressive and destroys your camera.

@top1809 exploited with law wages? They get paid the minimum wage like in every hotel that do not ask for any qualifications to work in! If you want to work extra hours you can, therefore you get more money. This people has no degrees, they do not even know how to speak any foreign language and they get paid much more than other places like in the agriculture works. If you can manage how to speak several languages and have a degree you can get a good salary. This people need more education!

I have a degree and I speak more than 1 language -which is far more than a lot of foreign people can say BTW- And...guest what, I get a very poor salary... At least people over here try to do their best. Not all of them are honest of course, but most of us are. And it's exactly the same in everywhere. Don't be saying that we are dishonest or we don't know how to speak other language because it's both a lie and unfair!

SSSSSSSORRY I'm an ex worker from that hotel, i've been worked for 3 months there and that's only a exception, it's completely stupid to do that, anyway the safes have some connector to read which one has opened, and the information of that safe card says that THAT CARD IS FROM RECEPTION. How the fuck could be so stupid that guy... I've been recepcionist and this behaviour is totally an exception... Janiel the with the same dress is my best friend, i met him there...
