Another great song written by Douglas Payne. The more I listen to Doug the more I like his music and that harmonica always adds a nice touch to the song.
NSW Australia beautiful country Doug, beautiful friends for life, thanks for the footage, the song says it all, I'm really saying thankyou snow goose!!!
Aah, Doug. You've done it again. Right now I'm so filled with nostalgia; remembering a place, a time and a wonderful guy I shared them with. (My hubby for 40 years.)
Oh, Doug, you nailed this one on so many levels! Video, storytelling, singing, guitar playing and overall feeling of what it is like to grow up in Smalltown, Anywhere and partake of a cold one or two at a favorite pub with old and new friends. Thanks for sharing your talents and memories. - Mark
Enjoyed it very much Doug! Loved the tour, and always so love your music! Wonderful lyrics and that soothing voice of yours always draw me back to your channel! Cool friends too!
Hey Doug How are ya? You sure made that town a very attractive place to visit! Your words and images reflect all the beauty and the crystal clear waters of Adaminaby.
I even Googled it and Yes, it seems like pretty much nailed it!!!
I love the way you introduced this song. To see the pub and the people of it made the song that much more touching. Really enjoyed that quite a lot. Great one, Doug! :)
I had a heavy-ish lure on 4 lb line the other day but the bail flipped mid cast - no resistance whatsoever, the line simply snapped and that lure SAILED! I think I'm all but done with mono, I have much better experiences with braided line.
When I was a kid i lived on a pristine stream. I would go down there on Friday afternoon after school and catch the fish my morther ased for. That is, type and size.
Rip the audio from this track at searchripgrab doht cohm.
