The fridge having bio-robots at this time would have a hard time distinguishin the food and the hand. High chance the bio robots may think that the hand is an item to be put in the fridge and may come into the body of the person instead of staying. for now it is a concept design. unlike the snail that can easily be adapted in the near future. usability right away so for me, the snail wins.

Don't get me wrong, guys, but those concepts are fucking pathetic. These are works of fiction, combined with some fancy-ass modelmaking – nothing that comes even close to be qualified to be called a work of "design". Total failure.

I wouldn't care if the competition wouldn't be claim to be a "design lab". The false usage of that term puts the discipline and practice that is being refered to as "design" to shame, as design is being discredited in terms of professionalism way too often already.
