As much as they are not meant to be made aware of where they are going i doubt they jump out a van at 9pm with a blindfold taken off (like Acorah used to do, NOT). They were probably there for a couple of hours prior to going live. Then recorded her narration.

I remember watching some of this show and thinking the same about the clip shown. The whole show is a joke, it is ENTERTAINMENT only and a big money spinner for all involved.
