Well if you look at the monster at the beginning and the one that bites hud in half there are a few differences. One the skin colour is different, two the air sacs behind they eyes are different, the one at the start has a higher nose and the one in the park has 2 large protuding teeth that are nowhere to be seen near the start of the film. So how is it retarted to say that there are two monsters? You cant say it lost the teeth either because they aren't there at the start but are later on.
