I thoroughly enjoyed this very sensitive performance of one of my Chopin favs. The pianist interpreted the emotion of the piece well. Not perhaps as powerful a performance as others but more than compensated for by the performance itself and the obvious pleasure of the artist himself in the playing of this beautiful music.

I usually hate Katsaris' interpretation but he has yet to disappoint me with Chopin. It was funny to see him tackle the left-hand octave section. His octaves are his hallmark. You can actuall sense how happy he gets while he anticipates them.
