the only button that work on my front pad is the end button, everything else is dead on teh front(button wise) the problem slowly gets worse and worse and ended up take off teh front bad so now its just a flashlight but i heard the problem was a wire connection in the phone and it gest worn down from opening it so much and only the end button works

my clear button , my zero , eight , seven , five , four , six .... pretty much all the button besides ; 1 3 # * - my talk button doesnt work either, buttt my okay button is working fine !!

after a while it stops working, and no matter what you do the OK button and the * 0 and # key won't work no matter what. D=

ok i searched everwhere about the problem with my env 2 and noone else talked about it. like it just freezes after about 15-20 seconds and the only way I can turn it off is by removing the battery. Please reply to my comment if you can help.

@sweatyquarter36 all of these problems happen with me. my phone randomly decides to not send pic messages and freezes up and if u hit ok several times it locks up and sends multiples to everyone. face it we all bought a hunk of junk. cant wait for upgrade im going on my 3rd one

u can make the ok button work by pressing the ok and up button at the same time. i had the same problem. i got a new one today cuz i told the verizon ppl it didnt work

its a manufacturer thing. if you go to any verizon store and tell them the ok button isn't working, they should replace it for free if you've had it under a year.

I just discovered this yesterday. I was messing with the phone and I held the music and send button, dragged them down at a angle to the OK and down arrow button. It randomly won't unlock on occasion but that seemed to fix it. Looks like it was just the ok and down button.

the env2 has a couple of problems that Verizon knows about. They are a defect in the phone. One is that the OK button stops working, and the other is that some of them shut off when you open it. I called Verizon and they sent me a new phone.

I'm hopefully getting the Env3 tommorow. Other than that problem its a pretty good phone.

Does anyone know what Verizon does about it?

Omg. This same thing happened to me. i got a new env 2 because of this problem. i returned it then got a new one. that day i got it the ok didnt work. i think the env 2 is just a shity phone.
