You will save gas if u turn the engine of and start it back on if you are gonna be standing still longer than 25 seconds, if it's less keep the engine on. Also thanks for the tips in this video.

Not hatin on you or anything, but idling is the least of your worries. If you turn your car off instead of idling, it takes more gas when starting back up than if you had just waited. My advice - drive the speed limit, don't accelerate hard, brake hard, or corner hard, and keep track of your tire pressure and engine. Do regular tune-ups.

@starbucksmunky that is inocorrect. with EFI There is no loss in fuel to restart the vehicle. With carburetor engines it may burn more. This is why hybrids shut the engine off when the car stops, then restart as you go. it wouldnt do that if it used more fuel.
