The Shah was also not a puppet of the US or UK. He actually was in a mutual benefical relationship with both countries and was able to heavily influence US and UK policy in the middle east. Otherwise, good video and I'm glad these actions are being more publishized.

For one, Mohammad Mosaddegh was not democratically elected by the people of Iran, he was appointed by the parliament of Iran, which was controlled by the monarchy, which is how it was done in Iran at the time. He also wasn't someone committed to democracy, as he ruled by decree and suspended elections when they weren't going his way.
He also mismanaged the economy of Iran so badly many welcomed the coup.

What you're all missing is that this whole thing happened because the English put the U.S. up to it. I think this video makes a valid point, but I do not agree with the ending. The facts as they stand today is that Iran is an aggressive and oppressive country.
