  • Im with the Iranian people who want peace and bringing back their rights and their land. I am also with he American people who want good things for Iran, and for the rest of the world. We need to stop terrorism from all over the world, especially the U.S. gov the biggest bullies!

    RON PAUL 2012!

  • Educate Tucker on Iran. Send these to his Facebook, Twitter, Daily Caller, and other contact

  • Also the Shah wasn't trying to destroy Islam, he just wasn't a fanatical fundie muslim.

  • @ProgressiveAudio Anyway, let's stay the fuck out of other country's affairs.

  • Comment removed

  • The Shah was also not a puppet of the US or UK. He actually was in a mutual benefical relationship with both countries and was able to heavily influence US and UK policy in the middle east. Otherwise, good video and I'm glad these actions are being more publishized.

  • That doesn't make the coup and operations against him acceptable at all, and it was at heart savage imperialism, but it's not the same as say in South America where we overthrew popular leaders to get their resources. Here we took advantage of an unstable situation and an unpopular leader.

  • The video makes a few mistakes regarding Operation Ajax. For one, Mohammad Mosaddegh was not democratically elected by the people of Iran, he was appointed by the parliament of Iran, which was controlled by the monarchy, which is how it was done in Iran at the time. He also wasn't someone committed to democracy, as he ruled by decree and suspended elections when they weren't going his way.

He also mismanaged the economy of Iran so badly many welcomed the coup.

  • Great video!

  • Fcuk the Zionist Jews !!!

  • It's all true, even Ron Paul said that this was true

  • Good vid. What is the evidence linking Mossad?

  • I didn't know Mossad played a part with the CIA. Not a surprise. Boycott BP and Israhell

  • Ron Paul, come on people; vote for Ron Paul. She said at the end we need to change our policy. Look at his policy. It fits this whole video. Wake up America.

  • This was in 1953, at the peak of the cold war. The communist threat was the only reason why USA took part in this. They had tried to stop the Stalin-financed communistic spread for years in Iran through propaganda. They even released iranian cartoons depicting communistic values as being oppressive to the iranian culture. Also worth mentioning is that while the UK had influence over half of the iranian oil, the Soviets had influence over the other half.

  • @pite9 oh, well that's an excuse to take someone elses property... Were we not allied with Stalin for a while? Fact: Violence never solves problems. and, i got a real question for you... Why didn't we just take over Russias half instead of stealing the Iranians and overthrowing a leader they loved and respected? you can't even justify it... it's wrong. it's not ours to take anyway... do you know know Property Rights 101?

  • @jbkibs With the coup, they could influence the Shah to remove the communist stench from the country, which is what happened. The Shah hunted down all the prominent players in the communistic party and he killed a lot of the members as well. I know, this sounds ruthless, but these ppl were financed by USSR. They were traitors. If the Shah hadn't gotten control over Iran, it would have fallen to communism. The question was how soon.

  • I'm deaf, and would like to learn more about this. However, subtitles are not available. Any chance that you guys could add English subtitles to the video?

  • @zflemling Click the "cc" button the right side of the video screen and choose the transcribe audio option, its fairly accurate and should do the trick.

  • Downvoted for excessive emotionalism: "blood money," "imperialism," etc. Just the facts, ma'am.

Too bad, too: this had a lot of potential.

  • Link this video to your facebook and spread the word of education. Please people we have become uninformed and have been played as fools by the media and our own government

  • What you're all missing is that this whole thing happened because the English put the U.S. up to it. I'm torn between being an American citizen and being ashamed for our actions, and then having my English decent and being proud that my motherland could so easily manipulate the "world superpower." Seriously, just because some guys at BP want more access to cheap oil doesn't mean you have to go attacking a culture and religion. Islam didn't cause this problem. False Christianity did.

  • Problem is, the civilians in Iran speaking out against the U.S are very few, while the majority of civilians want the troops there because they are scared that the Taliban will fuck up their villages. The majority of civilians that WANT troops to stay are silent because they don't want to be targeted by the Taliban and fear for their families. They only way you know what is happening in the Middle East is to ask a soldier. Do not trust the media.

  • @onehumblebear Did you just confuse Iran with Iraq?

  • And you wonder why we're the enemy.

  • link to the full documentary please ?

  • Please, please, please don't start another fucking war.

  • LoL @ Canada taking over the U.S.

  • @ThePresidentDotCom whats the connection of the mossad to establishing SAVAK? do you have a reference?

  • Imagine if the US adopted a policy of reconciliation with Iran. Began honest peace talks. Lifted the embargoes to show good faith. Began doing business with Iran. Their dictators that live off the hate of America would have no ammunition. They would have no reason to exist. It would be an even faster route to them not wanting to kills us then @SkepticThink solution of non interference for 60 years.

  • @denizb74 let's suppose that maybe, other countries have tried this method with countries like Iran. How about we give them some of what they want, like Gaza or other land. What? They're still not happy? They still teach their children that the Holocaust was a hoax? They still are angry that "second class citizens" like Jews dominate the middle east from a small strip of land and humiliate them with outrageous philosophies like democracy and republics? You're naive.

  • True very true the US always dominates the world....for oil, and money.

  • @ovnivero33 what have we stolen? Show me what land and property we are holding to exploit it's resources for free.

  • I think only Iraq decided to arm Iraq and Iran armed Iran for the war. Arms supply and monetary support comes from all over the world. Russian & chinese tanks, RPG's AK-47's are the mainstay of this war.

If the Iranian government would pull together and act with maturity, they may be able to sell oil and control international diplomacy to their advantage in a seemingly friendly manner. It's a game of chess. Play it smarter, downing the US drone was a masterstroke but iran has to improve its PR.

  • @benbennit downing the U.S. drone was a giveaway from Obama.

  • DEATH BE TO ISLAM

  • How were we NOT taught this at school! This is very important information! No wonder we never learn from our past...

  • @Griffo515 because we weren't concerned with countering what all U.S. Muslims are being taught in their homes at this very moment. It wasn't important until U.S. Muslims flew airplanes into some buildings.

  • but wur america, herp derp, it dosnt count

  • Hey America...do you see why they hate you now ?

  • @dipojones hahaha lmaooooooo.......i think i teared up a little lol

  • This is anti-Pahlavi propaganda. Yes what the US did in 1953 was wrong, but Shahanshah was a good man who loved Iran. Fuck the mullahs, javid shah.

  • @sicnastybeast

love alone is not important...many ppl may claim that even mullahs love Iran.

  • Non-interventionism would avoid this. Vote Ron Paul!

  • If Iranians were all that, why don't the follow in the foot steps of Georgia and Ukraine?, Rose revolution and the Orange revolution all were were bloodless and both stood up to Dictator Putin.

  • @boboboboobobable because Iran will kill its people with no regrets. 2 years ago they opened fire on the crowds etc... they'll do it again. Your family disappears your friends disappear.. they have invoked fear into the population. I personally do not believe an internal revolution is possible anymore. As soon as people are pushed low enough that they revolt.. Iran will just stomp it out. As they have with every demonstration. I just came back myself.. first visit in 10 years.

  • "The poor masses" - a phrase used repeatedly in this video. This recalls Marxist propaganda from the USSR. ThePresidentDotCom - are you an old Marxist Viet Nam war protestor still rattling the cage? Hey, your brother Chris Hitchens had the scales fall from his eyes. I suppose he was a traitor, eh? Like SANPH says, what's the solution? The way I see it: MALE power & control is the problem & it's the same WORLD WIDE. The EVIL men do. And Ron Paul can't change that. What's the REAL solution?

  • @SANPH - go watch the full documentary. A web address to watch the whole thing is listed in the video description. And consider voting for Ron Paul, the solution to this problem.

  • I want to watch the full documentary, but all I see at thepresident site is a link to this same YouTube video. I must be missing something. Where can I watch the whole thing?

  • @ThePresidentDotCom The only web address I see is yours, and I went there and couldn't find the full documentary. Where is it?

  • @SANPH Thanks for proving some people are completely unfixable and braindead.

  • @SANPH It's the west seeking this war, just like 1953. The west talked with USSR, and it can't talk to Iran? Utter BS.

“Everyone wants to go to Baghdad. Real men want to go to Tehran.” [Newsweek, 8/11/2002] It's all about selling the war. Stop being so god damned gullible.

  • @SANPH Its a history video not a politcal campaign. Read the title before watching a video!

  • @MrPlayfulpenis It's a history video with anti-US gov sentiment and loaded opinions.

If you can't see that then your blind. most people will watch this and be like oh US is EVIL!! Make Peace with Iran. lol... your an idiot if you think this doesn't come with a message.

  • @yellowman88 U will find that most documentarys on youtube have a biased opinion, most of which are biased towards America. But as soon as u see one which isn't pro America u immediately think people are trying to make America appear evil. All successful powers throughout history have done bad things to increase and maitain their power and the U.S. are no exception. They have done bad things. Get Over It!

  • @MrPlayfulpenis your exactly right,,, our government does evil things and lies to us about it,, it is how empires are built, some people are able to see through the lies that they tell us, others believe it all,, I really dont think Iran would be trying bomb us if we didnt bomb them,, but then again do we want them to become a super power? no,, so we do these things to them to keep them weak,, the trick is accepting that it must be done to maintain the world reserve currency

  • @yellowman88 your an idiot,, everything in this video is true,,, it all happened,, cant deny it,, news flash!,, when OJ killed his ex wife,, the prosecution was biased,,of course,, but was also telling the truth,, so truth is always biased when it confronts a lie or exposes a crime,, saying something is biased without providing evidence to support your claim means your claim is irrelevant,,, so the message is,, your a dumass

  • @ikambor you're*

  • @SANPH u should be ashamed of ur logic morals and ethics... can you really be this blind?

  • @SANPH I don't think you would make it in a debate. How do I know? You begin your comment immediately with a personal attack on the author. And who says the author needs a solution? The author is just trying to counter all of the "justifications" for interventions that have been shoved down our throats for decades.

  • @SANPH The solution is stop fucking with them for 60+ years and they won't want to kill us.

  • 85 bakers watched this video.

  • Its too latte folks, the war is on, millions will de

  • It's not the US but rather Federal Reserve, moreover, Bilderberg Group controlling this situation. Bilderberg controls the hole ball wax. The American citizens have no control so YOU are lying saying in general terms US started this cuop when infact it was the Bilderberg group, David Rockenfeller, and the likes of Rothschild Dynasty. The Bilderberg/rothschilds/Rockenfellers are promoting a New World Order, new world currency.

  • @Zonly1 O.o

  • @goofy775 Russia confirms with regrets that Iran is making weapons grade U-232. You were saying something goofball.

  • @Zonly1 not sure what that has to do with what I said.. I was just impressed by your conspiracy theories. More power to you.. but I'm not really into that stuff

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • @mzhy Just shut up.

  • @NickHopkinsMedia

    WHITE POWER BROTHER!

  • @NickHopkinsMedia Funny, people like you spouting "White Pride" makes me ashamed to share a skin color with you. Strange how that works, huh?

  • a vital piece of history that is conveniently relatively unknown, left out of history books in the US (at least in my high school)

  • @annies115thdream

Interesting isn't it? Just like in Orwell's 1984 - The job of the ministry of information is to rewrite history and change the facts to fit Party doctrine.

  • United States needs to lose WWIII in order to feel what other countries feel by being threaten, attacked and penalized.

  • @knotwrite I'll be blunt: Does your democracy work? From an outsiders perspective: Not it doesn't. The constitution is violated on a daily basis by the government, SOPA being one of them. Not to mention the 40% or so voter turnout. With that turnout, 21% of the entire population can have majority. Then we also have death sentences in multiple states, which violates human rights (you have a right to live). Rich people can pay them out of jail for murder while poor people get years for theft.

  • Smells like a bunch of foul smelling poop. Our government and the special interests have been addicted to empire building since WWII. How come if we were to attempt things like this we'd be called an enemy combatant or a traitor, but when our federal government does it, it's completely legitimized? Time to end this madness.

  • Yeah. But here's the thing. The US is getting ready to bomb the living shit... I mean.. "spread democracy" to Iran so very very soon. I would say no later than Summer 2013...

  • And which government is pushing the most energetically for U.S. aggression against Iran? Which country is the primary driver behind threats against Iran?

  • Great video! The re-invasion of Iran is inevitable with our current "leaders" in their power struggle. Time magazine did a piece on this back in 2003 as well.

    w w w.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,450997,00.html

  • Go search for the movie "Persepolis" and watch it. It's awesome.

  • well, the conclusion is OIL sources of the problem.

  • Solution: Ron Paul 2012

  • @JakDerrida Exactly

  • And after all of this they still haven't attacked us, and they never have had intentions to.

  • So if Reagan sold weapons to Iran (a fact nobody denies), he was most definitely a sponsor of terrorism and so is the entire Republican Party that now wants to go to war with Iran. We need to lock all their terrorist asses up and force them into Abu Graib style naked pileups, before waterboarding them, right??

  • @WillSpencer009 Another closed mind that believes that just because they and their neighbor are good and decent that people in power are as well. These are facts that are collaborated in multiple sources. Propaganda is what you get on network news.

  • Too one sided for my liking, but nice video

  • If there is a war the americans won't know why the Iranians fight. They won't know that the Iranian people, once wealthy and powerfull has been oppressed by reckless dictators and Sharia law. All because off the wests greed. They'll just know what they're told, that "those crazy muslims wants to blow up 'merica because off their freedom" or something.

  • Comment removed

  • It's nice to look at the situation from the other side. I would like to have a third opinion that remains as unbiased as possible, before condemning the US.

  • VOTE FOR RON PAUL!!! CUT THE BULLSHIT OUT OF AMERICAN GOVERNMENT!!! NO MORE INJUSTICE TO THE MIDDLE EAST!!!!!!

  • To Americans: Please do your best to prevent more wars! Protest for world peace! Its all up to you guys!

  • man the US is a dick

  • what?

  • George Bush has 76 youtube accounts.

  • @mdtTheory lmao

  • Let me just point out that the real issue here is Religion. No one can say other wise. I know that I do not have all the facts about what is happening/what happened in the Middle East. But I sure as hell know that religion is brainwashing tool that corrupt Leaders use on their people. Before any kind of change is going to happen in Iran one this has to be on the way out.

  • @RainingHysteria I can say otherwise, be an atheist and still think I am right.

The main issue is: Oil and Geostrategy.

Religion is as allways just a distraction tool.

  • @RainingHysteria The brain-washing is not from religion. In fact, it's your view about religion the result of brain-washing you have been getting since you were a young child. Religion does not at all affect people. Leaders might use it to back what they want their people to believe. BUT it's not religion's fault that these leaders use it for means to deceive people. KNOW the difference. :)

  • @RainingHysteria If those in power didn't use religion then they would use nationalism. It is an idea that rallies people and creates an "other" that we "must" fight against. We didn't use religion against the Soviets, we used nationalism. These are just tools.

  • @RainingHysteria Nah, you're right bro it is religion. Religion is responsible for the fighting and no other reason.

I mean let me go to a country and invade it, because my Judeo-Christian beliefs tells me to police the world, from these radical cultist, who are obliged to kill non believers, and while I'm at it, shit since I'm here, I guess I'll pocket every thing I can and set up a McDonald's to let my presence known.

Money > Religion always will be.

Religion is just a mask to hide the truth.

  • @SawHappy I think you meant, As long as there is religion, there will be people itching for a fight.

  • @SawHappy Fuck you and fuck your bigoted, hateful, evil generalization.

As long as people are willing to read and listen to ignorance like you, there will be wars, and hate.

Iran, the US, its all geopolitics. Islam is a convenient tool for the people playing this game.

Look at the birthrates of Muslims compared to non-Muslims. In less than a hundred years, Muslims will be a majority in this world. Careful who you shit on.

  • @mo5x Muslims won't be a majority because we're going to kill them.

  • @SawHappy Who's this "we"? Brave talk from an anonymous pipsqueak. Must be liberating to talk like an "Alpha" when you're not a "Beta." Get a life, loser.

  • Nice propoganda broseph

  • it's nice to see the other side of the storry, not manufactured american fear monger media. we are brainwashed into bielieving the gov'ts agenda. hmmm kind of like the so called censorship that they say the iranian gov't does to control their people.

  • The end messed with my head so bad

  • This isn't personal, it's only business. Life.

  • If we didn't want countries to hate us, we shouldn't have invaded them! - Captain Hindsight

  • @jrcrouch420 I think Captain Foresight could have handled that one pretty easily.

  • "And the US has the power to stop it". NO! The only action the US has to take is to stop intervening and mention their own problems.

And US-citizens, please stop this "The US can fix it" mentality, if you still have that. The last thing the world needs is homogeneity forced on by the current(!) power.

  • @vinx77 The US can stop it by doing the exact thing they "only" can do, as you said: The only action the US has to take is to stop intervening and mention their own problems.

But that is how the US can stop it. The only way the US can stop it.

Another correction: To stop intervening and warmongering is not an "only" to the US. Try to check how many wars the US have been in and for how long. Then compare it to how long the US has existed. Scary stuff I tell you.

  • @Zenanor75 I know, and pissed because it does not stop or will stop (soon). The US has the power and the arrogance to drag my country into the third worldwar, and I will do anything to stop that. The only real world-problem we now have is "the old-boys network" (the puppeteers) which controls not only the US-government.

  • @vinx77 So your an American, alright try to do this:

    Move to another country.

Also: "The only real world-problem we now have is "the old-boys network" (the puppeteers) which controls not only the US-government."

    If forgot to write something.

  • @Zenanor75 If everyone who is opposed to what the government is doing just leaves, all that will be left are the people who support our corrupt government, so that's no good.

We have to do what we can to fix our government, not just abandon it when we disagree.

  • @knotwrite

Trying to fix a corrupt system is like trying to fix a cancer patient with 80% of his body tumored.

You need to abolish it, and start fresh.

And yes, we CAN abandon it, we have the right to revolt.

  • @phroztbyt3 good luck establishing a new country in these times buddy

  • @phroztbyt3 Agreed, somewhat.

I personally don't believe a revolt is at all feasible given the sheer size of our country. It can work for small countries like Egypt and Libya, but even those two countries combined is about a third the area of the USA (excluding Alaska).

  • @knotwrite who needs a revolt when one can just wait for collapse.. cancer kills it's host.

  • and both Christianity and Islam are two religions used to abuse the masses and to justify unjust actions...

  • @kdhoward83: i bet they dont hate the american people. its the gov that fucked up..

  • @youknowitsallover Yeah, government that was elected by a retarded majority of american people.

  • @MrLudijak The American people say all sorts of things but they never fail to be good loyal wingmen for their greedy, sadistic superiors. Especially if there's a cut of the spoils (of war and conquest) in it for them. But they're happy enough to see Americans put a boot on the necks of what they percieve to be "lesser peoples"; It fulfills their sadistic racist nature. They truly are a treacherous people that humanity needs to wake up to.

  • @jczg08alt lissen up you america is made of people from all countrys. there are many of us. so these people these wonderful people you called lesser people we came from them and every other coner of the world. so i would politly ask you to shut up.

  • @orange3spear I don't even know whether you speaking against or for the US. Also it was "lesser people" not lesser people. Citation marks make a BIG difference.

  • @orange3spear he didn't call them lesser people, he's saying how americans view them as lesser people, which is true

  • It is unfair and unbalanced of the makers of this video to avoid all comment on the inherent difference between Sharia and the implied similarity with, say, 14th century Christendom, in Europe. The pre-medieval totalitarian thinking of a 14th century ruler in Europe is not that much different from the thinking of a totalitarian Islamic republic in the 21st century. 700 years is a long time in the west. There is a 700 year gulf between the post-enlightenment West and the Islamic world.

  • @warp9988 The difference between Islam and Christianity is completely irrelevant in this video. Both religions justifies holy war.

Also the west have had "700 years" (quote: you) years fix their fundamental christian problem. Shouldn't it be gone by now? Yet why is 1/3 of the US still as fundamental Christians as fundamental Muslims?

  • Just a fact, this is about american politicians, not the american people.

  • The U.S. and other western countries have been involved in Iran and its land for FAR, FAR longer than 30 years. That this video does not present a fuller scope than what has happened since the hostage crisis is completely misleading.

  • @9873459872134234 you obviously stopped the video after 10 seconds.

  • @9873459872134234 "But to really understand we have to go back to 1953"

    Found at 0:30

  • @9873459872134234 Also the 1970's is 40 years ago.

  • @9873459872134234 Dude, going back the start of the Anglo-Iranian Oil disputes this vid would alone take down YouTube cause of its filesize...

  • Just one day...

    People > Corporations

  • Nothing new. Other Empires have been doing it for centuries. Greeks, Romans, Mongols, Ottomons, Moors, etc. If history teaches us anything is that Empires do and will fail, eventually.

  • @DaveScott69 Except between the Greeks, Romans, Mongols, Ottomons, Moors, etc and today we have Human Rights and the Geneva Convention. Yet the US breaks them and gets away with it.

  • interesting

  • God damn. America has to be the worst Imperium ever...

I mean every single intervention since the World Wars has pretty much fucked everything up.

  • Just ask yourself:

Where are Iranian soldiers located? Iran.

Where are American soldiers located? America and EVERYWHERE else.

That's all anyone needs to know about American foreign policy. Something everyone should keep in mind as supporters/apologists attempt to doll up US military adventurism as a "force of good." Many Americans citizens are just as bad as their politicians are and people around the world need to quit being naive about this.

  • "They hate our freedom"

    Yeah..............

  • When I say the world has to destroy America, I don't say that in the form of a hatred filled massacre, but as a black day for everyone where we have to sadly hit humanity for the greater good. In most Americans there is the inherent evil of childishness and irresponsibility that works against progress and for their totalitarian empire, it has to be fixed.

  • Here come the "I love 'Murica, This is a load of hogwash!" comments.

  • I agree it is wrong why america does this but just applying blind hate for politicians just shows they are doing their jobs well. You are blind of the TRUE enemy here, it is not the US, it is not the UK nor is it even the EU. It is a few members who own the global economy.

Quit all your blind hate, on both "sides"! Or you will just be playing into their/your leaders hands. Wake up. They are all being controlled by a few.

  • 1:13 "taking back the oil"

???? The Shah granted British companies to search for oil and exploit it.

  • relevant, /watch?v=om4NJoZaPac

  • I think this video makes a valid point, but I do not agree with the ending. The facts as they stand today is that Iran is an aggressive and oppressive country. I might be accused of having a western mindset, yet I believe that the Middle East (including Iran) will only become void of constant conflict when they themselves reform much of their behavior and ideas towards their neighbor, citizens, and the rest of the world.

  • america. fuck no.

  • Americans, I urge you to vote for Ron Paul. This is the man who wants to immediately withdraw troops from the Middle East and cut off all foreign aid tocountries like Israel. Join the revolution!

  • Most Americans don't know shit about anything.

  • @skutt64 The only thing they know comes from TV, which is controlled and shaped so they think their brave troops are there to protect their country... Protect from what? The shit they caused to themselves?

Grow up USA, pull out your heads from each others asses, and stop annoying the world till everyone will turn against you.

  • So you're saying we should bomb the UK?

  • All nations under threat by the United Snakes of America should arm itself with nukes and delivery systems. No excuses. The current nuclear cabal is inadequately sized to maintain the peace (apparently).
