A jet may have gone in (not really) but it was followed by an explosion OUT - which is random...and that caused the hole shape. And if you look closely at WTC1, there's still beams intact dividing the hole in half...therefore there is no "plane shape" in the building - that'd be more attributed to an optical illusion.
