Sorry man I didn't build this. If you go to beat your truck dot com and search for "mini monster truck" it will pull up a thread I made for it that has some pretty good photos of how it's laid out.
why don't you look for a old mower? then you just have to weld a frame and bolt on the wheels and motor on it and your done. And when you want a 4wd, then you should also look for a 4 wheel steering mower,
so that rear axle and motor can be used as your front axle. that way you not only have 4wd but a twin engine too. Or buy 2 4wheel steering mowers. Then you have a 4x4x4 with a twin engine. it's only a matter of money and how good you are with tools
I traded stuff for it actually and I got it used from a guy local to me. Just search the net for monster truck go kart. There are way nicer ones out there than this one!

No it's 2wd but it's a locked straight axle. We never got it stuck bashing around in the snow. It went through a lot surprisingly.

The steering was HORRID because the rear end was locked. As much as you wanted to turn it would just try and push straight.
