The glacial flow is increasing, not the glaciers. This means there are more icebergs as more of the glacier is falling off into the ocean and melting, and it is not being replaced in the winter months. That is why the calving front has moved further inland.

Hmm if the glaciers increase in their amounts, wouldnt this be a good thing since Antarctica is losing snow due to global warming?
