WHP stands for Wheel Horse Power which is the power that is put through the wheels of the car.

HP stands for Horse Power which is the power put out of the engine itself.

Stock this car makes about 210hp at the engine. 197WHP would be equivalent to at least 250hp.

You seem to know a little about cars. I'm 18 and hope to purchase a $5000 - 6000 1993 300ZX as my first car. Is it a good choice? A good car? I hope to customize it a little too. Simple yet, nice rims. Lower it, probably add engine modifications. An interior upgrade which includes a sound system. Would parts for this car be easy to find? How much do you think it would cost me to do all that with it? (Excluding the price of the car itself.)

@xcalic01 concept z has performace headers for like $175+s/h, throw a Apexi filter,greedy exhaust, JWT ECU, new clutch and flywheel, High flow cats (or no cats lol), new pulleys, Aluminum driveshaft and finally if you happen to get a early model z32 they require new fuel injectors and mods for new style ones.. dont quote me though haha.

why are they doing the dyno pulls in 3rd gear? fourth gear has the 1:1 ratio, not 3rd.

197.68whp is pretty dam good. That Z can out handle and out perform most cars of the 90s. I think you jsut dont know what WHP is in relation to HP
