Oi! no joke i just pulled this bad boy out of my basement i actually got him in 2000 from a little import shop where i first fell in love with gunpla and i built it at the age of 12 and looking him over i made some rather rookie mistakes but i took him apart and shaved down those nubs and made him up all nice and proper and now he sits proud on my desk :) the 08th was defiantly my favorite series and the GM sniper has to be my favorite of the non gundam federation mobile suits

pity the highgrade kit is missing most of the panel lines but with patience you can get the panel lines done easily.

@2Old4Toys IF you like this guy, I recommend picking up the MG of the rgm-79G. It has the long beam rifle meaning you can deck it out in sniper colors if you want.

essentially the gm sniper is just a gm ground type frosted green and given the same sniper rifle as a gm sniper 2. i love snipers, but i dont think this one should be designated as a strictly sniper mobile suit

No it is not the same rifle as the sniper2.

It was given the designation as that team was responsible for testing the long beam rifle. NOT because it had special equipment.

That whole intro part had me laughing like crazy! Simply hilarious. The model seems really nice, especially for its age. Good job on the detailing too. I've always liked this one and the 08th MS Team OVA. I like all the GM designs throughout the different series' but the color on this one looks especially good. I've had my eye on the MG version of this for a while now. Don't know why I haven't gotten it yet. Anyway, great video! Can't wait for Xmas when I'll get to build more Gundam models!

the 8th ms team is my fav gundam series. and the GM is a great MS. it'll be great to see u paint it though, or just add a top coat so the plastics dont show so much..
