  • I love these guys, but I work in Jackson Square and I can promise you that it's probably one of the grossest places in Ontario. I saw a dude getting head on the roof last week!!

  • WEST 49 video anyone?

  • Canadian artists by far beat american artists, it's a shame they don't get the same network coverage.

  • @natalyaxoxo In fact it might be a good thing, because they don't get blind by their hunger for more money, so they continue to stay real and produce some good stuff! + it's less commercial.

  • My cousin manages this band SHES IN ONE OF THEIR ALBUMS THANK YOU THINGIES

  • They played at my school the other day. It was totally awesome. They are deff a talented bunch of musicians. I hope they get more success. They deserve it.

  • this is in the background playing on the cooking channel all the time

  • I GOT SCABIES AND I AM SUFFERING DEEPLY :(

  • this used to get played on CFNY FM all the time, now were stuck with freakin linkin park and nirvana...

  • 7 people are just fucking retarded and should go die

  • Personally, I don't want the Indie bands becoming more popular than the pop artists. I prefer them to be the way they are.

  • we saw them play today!

  • @acticmonkeysfan324 Yea...Hamilton dude. Jackson Square is a part of Hamilton too.

  • @acticmonkeysfan324 Nova Scotia And New Brunswick are two different Provinces...

  • soooooooo good at the Burlington Sound of Music Festival! they got so into their music and performance...makes it all that much better. and thanks for the fire works guys :)

  • @kaylala04 best band at the music festival, they still beat marianas trench and faber drive, and have less recognition, nobody has a good sense of music

  • Fuck chavez .. i´m from venezuela ! and everybody hate it !

  • I live in Hamilton My self, and I practically grew in Jackson Square. I love this album, it reminds me of so many good things!

  • Hey Y'all....

I don't understand what the song means...

well, I'm venezuelan and I don't know what the president's image the song is tryin' to give .

    sorry 4 my english

  • @gangstabanks88 Hugo Chavez is part of the 'pink tide' occurring in places like south america. In 1992 he was sent to prison for trying to overthrow the government at the time (he was part of the military). He was released 2 years later and in 1998 was elected as president. He disagrees strongly with notions of neoliberalism and the 'Washington consensus.' Hence the lyric "And Washington's saying, Emphatically, That I wasn't doing things Democratically."

  • This song is awesome! Keep it coming guys!

  • arkell st. just down the road....

  • lol sweet man, did any of them live there is that why they named the band "the arkells" ?

  • yeah man, (I think) they all did, its right by McMaster University. A buddy that lives with me now, used to live on that street too, and his old roommate used to jam out with them. I know, weird connection.

Even Jackson Square (name of the album) is a plaza/mall here.

    p.s. this album is solid.

  • its cuz either they all grew up on it, or grew up near it.. it was a street and they liked the name
