  • I installed a cpu for 1st time recently and I did not drop it, yay me!

  • If you have so many clasified motherboards & i7 cpus to waste can you send me one in my country for free? :)

  • I bet that the Motherboard it self is old and doesn't work

  • @FsimulatorX How can a X58 mobo be old?

  • gj wasting a motherboard

  • all the debate aside whether the dropping was on purpose or not... he wasn't wearing anti-static wrist strap or gloves.... moreover they cud've edited the video but they didn't u shud think why???

  • he did it on purpose?? are you retarded? it is a company not a noob who decided to install a CPU. ;)

  • FAIL = people that thought dropping the cam was an accident. Seriously, you really thought that was not on purpose? LOL

  • When he drops the CPU onto the motherboard it does not damage the pins he must of done the damage when he cut the cam off just to show a point maybe.

  • This is one of Evga's tech guys? holy shit, i could do a better job than that

  • @ukrytafuria When you say ROG, its ASUS because RoG is just ASUS's branding for their high end, gaming designed prodructs

  • The keywords are, zero insertion force!

  • This is the PROPER way?!

  • ok ok after the second fail he got me^^

  • weres the fail part

  • Demonstration Win!

  • I had water in my mount when he failed. LOL

  • XD hahahh

  • FAKE!

When the CPU hits the socket there are no damaged pins.

  • NO SHIT FUCKING IDIOT, IT WAS A PARODY!

  • BUTTERFINGER

  • WTF! Give me that motherboard and I'll take care of it! xD

  • prof's that fuck up dummy boards lol

  • at the risk of sounding dumb, i never understood this, why are the RAM slots colored differently? whats the difference between the two colors?

  • @velcro18 Nothing, it's just helpful, because you don't install RAM from left to right.

    ram slots [b1][r1][b2][r2][b3][r3]

you would install on r1, then b1, then r2, then b2 etc...

  • @velcro18 to indentifi dual channel/triple channel mem slot's dohh

  • Why a stock heatsink??!

That's the biggest fail in this whole video.

  • vat about ze thermal paste?!

  • @951258tike22

    Ye ze thermal paste

  • AHAH!! wooow!

  • Kudos to EVGA! Thank you for the professional Slapstick comedy straight from the source.

    Worse things can happen.

  • God are you doing? .... these are the shitting EVGA certified technician because if so god .... saint in the hands of who we are ...... : S!

  • Okay so someone who can afford this motherboard would need help installing the processor? LOL wtf no gtfo youtube

  • @lodes0 its clearly satire

  • @ub3r1337pwn4g3 How is this video is ironic btw I realize it is for comical effect.

  • next failblog video?

  • What a waste of one of the best motherboards.

  • Fail. xD

  • you forgot the thermal paste!:D but yeah! haha:D

  • ONE OF THE FUNNIEST THINGS I'VE EVER SEEN WHEN HE DROPPED THE CAMERA!!

  • I just finished my first build and made several of those mistakes multiple times on my FTW3. Not a single bent pin. Holy shit I got lucky.

  • that fail was just hilarious xD!

  • so wheres the part that shows him puting on the thermo paste!!!!

  • Yeah babe,

    eVGA FTW .

  • Duh Can i haz one of dem dare RMA thingies i only installed it wit da cover on like 2 well ummmmmmmmmm 3 times. It is your fault that you put that thingie iver the CPU hole....... the dam thingie dont buut.....oh and while yur at it kindly replace that cpuu thingie....... some stuff is all messed up ont that there bottome of the chip

Oh and dont put so many holes in the big board too. it takes to long to scrwe that there big bord on the case and its harde to scrwe dem istsy bistsee scrwes in

  • next time use a hammer

  • ofmg i dropped a radioactive thing in there and now it wants to eat me! wut should i do xP?

  • Wow... Can this guy fail anymore???

  • Dude! Your Paid to talk, Not build PC's!

    :P 5*

  • @Xigmatek

Actually the person in this video is Jacob Freeman, EVGA's product manager. Ironically he's paid to ensure quality of the hardware, not talk... :P

  • LOL.... of all times you'll drop something on a MoBo... LOL!

  • I LOL'D SO HARD WHEN HE FAILS =)

  • @DuyAnh1 he did that on perpose

  • @DuyAnh1 lots of love?

  • @DuyAnh1 i think it was made fo purpose

  • @LightBringerize nahh he failed BIG time :D

  • Can you demonstrate how to install a stock intel cooler? Those things are amazingly difficult.

  • VUVUZELA POWER!

  • Thats coming out of your pay lol.

  • LOL @ cpu drop

  • should have dropped the camera,

would make the video more interesting and fun

  • @bigdima3 Please read 2 comments below, camera did drop lol.... watch at 33 seconds

  • well this parts are very strength for what i have experienced, i drop my cpu because the cage that intel gives is not strength enough, and then i used the wrong screws for the motherboard so the cooler wasn't very tight, it was like 80C and after 1 or 2 minutes it crashed, but everything is working really nice now so

i think it's ok for my first time building a computer from scratch XD

  • LOL @ dropping the camera.

  • yeah i got pegged 20 bucks for replacing the cpu socket when i sent my evga x58 board back in... but i guess it was my fault and the board i got back was good

  • people actually send back boards cause of bent pins? Using a pen to straighten them back ftw

  • Someone thought I was watching porn when the start of the video played.

  • Ugly cpu cooler

  • That poor mobo :"(

This happens when you hang around Agent_Tiny 8hrs a day. :p

  • @dugsimz damn right i hope if it distroyed it,that's what you get for being so rich for owning those

  • He accidentally a board.

  • Fail.

  • LOL no thermal compund??

  • Don't forget to put thermal compound between the CPU pins and the socket, while unorthodox, this is the more efficient way to do things!

  • @NiGHTSChao689 do not ever put thermal paste on the pins or socket. only thing it's be efficient at is destroying your motherboard. you only put it in between the heat sink and the top of the processor. most thermal pastes on the market do conduct electricity.

  • @justnice980 not to mention too much thermal paste actually hiders efficient heat transfer

  • nice video, i'm a big fan of evga and an active member on the forums. I wish you guys would carry AMD :(

  • I lol'd a bit.

  • Thumbs up if you already knew how to do this xD

  • ohhhh on the motherboard .should have waited for video to end my bad

  • Troll fail.

  • just sell the mobo XD

  • bent cpu pins on a intel?

  • @cisco760ca yes

  • @cisco760ca The x58 boards have the pins on the motherboard...not on the CPU.
